Infra Engineer Team Lead - US

Role overview Lead infrastructure engineering for a cloud platform that includes self-hosted software, customer onboarding and deployment flows, a SaaS environment, and AI infrastructure. The role combines hands-on ownership of multi-cloud operations with technical leadership, customer troubleshooting, and partnership across engineering teams.

Responsibilities - Manage infrastructure across at least two of AWS, GCP, and Azure, covering networking, compute, security, and identity access. - Own the reliability and operation of self-hosted and SaaS environments, including installation and onboarding flows. - Work directly with customers to support deployments and resolve technical issues. - Coordinate with backend, product, and research teams to deliver features while maintaining service reliability. - Improve automation and tooling to reduce recurring operational work. - Maintain security and compliance practices across the infrastructure stack.

Requirements - At least five years in infrastructure, platform engineering, or SRE roles supporting large-scale distributed systems. - At least two years leading engineering initiatives and mentoring engineers in production environments. - Hands-on experience with two or more major cloud providers. - Working knowledge of networking, security groups, IAM, SSO/OIDC, and cloud-native security. - Professional fluency in English and a strong sense of ownership in resolving problems.

Nice to have - Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and Go, including familiarity with their internals. - Experience with cloud cost optimization, resource management, or infrastructure products.
