Project Manager

Role overview Coordinate delivery for one or more DevOps teams, aligning work plans, resources, and priorities with business needs and technical constraints. The role spans sprint and release planning, team communication, process improvement, risk management, and clear reporting, with a focus on infrastructure and automation work.

Responsibilities - Plan team capacity and coordinate tasks, timelines, and priorities across sprints, releases, and incidents. - Balance business requests with infrastructure requirements and CI/CD processes. - Facilitate standups, planning sessions, retrospectives, and coordination with development, QA, and stakeholders. - Surface and resolve blockers, conflicts, and delivery risks. - Track measures such as release frequency, recovery time, and service-level performance to identify bottlenecks. - Report progress and improve delivery practices, including Agile workflows, CI/CD, monitoring, and automation. - Support team members in taking ownership and improving how work is delivered.

Requirements - Project management experience coordinating technical teams or complex delivery work. - Ability to plan resources and priorities while accounting for infrastructure and release processes. - Strong communication and facilitation skills across engineering and stakeholder groups. - Ability to identify delivery risks, blockers, and process bottlenecks and follow through on solutions. - Structured analytical thinking, accountability, and attention to delivery quality.
