Role overview Build and bring machine learning systems into production, owning defined parts of the work from data preparation and modelling through evaluation. Projects span AI agents, privacy-preserving learning, behavioural and identity modelling, geospatial analysis, and synthetic data, in collaboration with engineering and domain specialists.

Responsibilities - Select modelling approaches and develop models or LLM-powered agents for project needs. - Build training and evaluation workflows, including checks for model and agent reliability. - Own project components across data, modelling, and evaluation. - Work with engineers to integrate solutions into production systems. - Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders and support junior colleagues.

Requirements - 2–5 years of experience building machine learning or AI models for production. - Strong modelling skills across structured and unstructured data. - Practical experience building systems powered by large language models. - Proficiency in Python and sound practices in version control, testing, and code review. - Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have - Experience with temporal or geospatial data, or building and evaluating agents. - Familiarity with federated learning, clean rooms, or other privacy-preserving techniques. - Background in marketing technology, advertising, audience modelling, or media mix modelling. - Research publications or substantial open-source contributions.
