Product Designer

Role overview

Own product design from discovery through delivery across a web application and a mobile driver app. You will shape tools for complex operational work—including dispatch, routing, and billing—by turning real-world workflows into clear, usable interfaces.

Responsibilities

- Lead design across web and mobile products, from early concepts to detailed interaction design. - Make dispatch, routing, and billing workflows easier to understand and use. - Develop and maintain a design system in close partnership with engineering. - Prototype ideas, test them with operators, and refine designs based on what you learn. - Set visual and interaction standards across the product. - Design for less common states and details, including loading, empty, and error scenarios.

Requirements

- At least six years designing complex operational products. - A portfolio demonstrating depth of thinking and execution. - Fluency with Figma and modern design system practices. - Ability to work closely with engineers. - Experience prototyping, testing with users, and iterating on designs. - Fluent written and spoken English, with availability for EU time zone overlap.
