Role overview Help platform product teams improve enterprise readiness and connect their priorities to measurable revenue outcomes. This individual-contributor role combines product operations, data analysis, and hands-on tool building to turn customer friction and platform gaps into decisions and repeatable workflows for Product and Engineering.
Responsibilities - Identify platform gaps that affect new sales, expansion, or retention, and help prioritize fixes based on their likely revenue impact. - Partner with teams responsible for billing, organization and access management, and security to clarify priorities, remove blockers, and track delivery commitments. - Build and release internal data and AI tools that help teams understand product usage, customer obstacles, and improvement opportunities. - Analyze product telemetry, support requests, customer conversations, surveys, feature requests, and related data to uncover patterns. - Turn one-off investigations into dependable tools and workflows with clear definitions, quality checks, documentation, and feedback loops. - Present evidence-based recommendations to R&D leaders and measure the revenue impact of platform investments.
Requirements - Demonstrated ability to build and ship useful tools or workflows, moving beyond prototypes to solutions people rely on. - Comfort working with data and using modern AI and development tools to write or debug code, validate results, and improve tools after release. - Ability to analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured information and communicate clear, decision-ready findings. - A track record of tying work to measurable business outcomes, especially revenue, expansion, or retention. - Effective collaboration with product, engineering, and leadership stakeholders amid ambiguity.
