Role overview
Join a software engineering team building the external platform capabilities behind a connected-operations product. Depending on team placement, the work may cover reporting and intelligence, enterprise administration, developer and agent APIs, event systems, integrations, billing, licensing, usage metering, or infrastructure for large media libraries. The position is full-stack and customer-facing in impact, with room to develop deeper expertise in either frontend or backend engineering while contributing across the stack. The role is remote in Poland.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and deliver end-to-end product features that solve complex customer and operational problems. - Collaborate with engineers, platform and infrastructure specialists, product managers, designers, and support teams to deliver coherent solutions. - Work across frontend and backend systems using technologies such as Go, GraphQL, TypeScript, React, and MySQL; prior experience with every listed technology is not required. - Take responsibility for the reliability and operational health of production systems, including systems supporting a growing collection of media assets. - Contribute to core architecture, technical roadmaps, and the broader engineering community through thoughtful implementation and knowledge sharing. - Use customer feedback and product usage to iterate on delivered features and improve what is built next.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional software development experience. - Experience shipping customer-used features and using feedback to guide subsequent development. - Ability to build complete solutions and willingness to work across the frontend/backend boundary. - Strong written and verbal communication, collaborative habits, and openness to technical feedback. - Growth mindset, quick-learning ability, and comfort working with limited supervision. - Willingness to participate in production support and maintain systems owned by the team. - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Experience designing scalable applications for media processing, streaming, or other high-volume data workloads. - Strong knowledge of backend and frontend techniques for high-performance media applications. - Careful problem-solving, attention to detail, and interest in platform or agent-oriented products.
