Senior Software Engineer

Role overview This Senior Software Engineer opening targets senior through staff-plus engineers who want to ship zero-to-one products on a high-growth IoT and AI platform. Responsibilities - Own technically complex, mission-critical product areas end to end and drive them with minimal oversight. - Define and execute technical strategy for new products and platform capabilities, from backend services to customer-facing UI. - Design and ship full-stack features across backend, frontend, and potentially mobile that put AI-driven insights into operators' hands. - Translate ambiguous real-world problems into clear technical plans in partnership with product, design, and customer-facing teams. - Build and scale the systems behind AI-powered products, including data ingestion pipelines, APIs, and operator-facing workflows. - Raise the engineering bar through code and design reviews, technical mentorship, and quality standards.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Significant experience shipping production software across backend, frontend, and/or mobile stacks. - Comfort working across the full stack and across ambiguous, early-stage problem spaces. - Strong systems design skills and ability to make sound trade-offs around scalability, reliability, and velocity. - Track record of mentorship and technical leadership.
