Senior Platform Engineer, Growth Product Engineering

Role overview Build the internal platform that an entire growth engineering organization runs on, removing infrastructure, security, and tooling bottlenecks so product teams can ship faster. This is a hands-on, high-leverage role focused on the foundations beneath AI-assisted and agentic development at a public Connected Operations company.

Responsibilities - Design and harden the CI/CD pipeline so code produced with AI assistance can be shipped safely. - Migrate hand-built AWS resources into Infrastructure as Code for consistency and repeatability. - Isolate production and pre-production workloads into properly separated AWS accounts. - Centralize logging, monitoring, and alerting across the growth engineering stack. - Tackle cross-cutting platform gaps that no single product team currently owns.

Requirements - Senior-level experience as a platform or infrastructure engineer supporting product teams. - Deep knowledge of AWS, Infrastructure as Code tooling, and CI/CD pipeline design. - Comfort with security and isolation patterns across production and non-production environments. - Ability to operate autonomously and influence engineering direction without direct authority. - Track record of foundational work that unblocks many teams at once.

Nice to have - Experience supporting AI-assisted or agentic development workflows. - Familiarity with observability stacks and centralized logging architectures.
