It is a remote position supporting a distributed team across United States and India time zones.
Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering team building internal integrations, automation, and AI-native operational workflows. - Set and maintain the team’s technical roadmap in partnership with service, identity, and other internal technology functions. - Improve engineering velocity, throughput, reliability, and delivery practices across distributed working hours. - Build automation that removes repetitive manual effort and improves the experience of internal users. - Coordinate execution across United States and India-based contributors, ensuring sufficient daily collaboration. - Support the broader internal technology organization through scalable systems and well-managed engineering services.
Requirements
- Experience leading an engineering team responsible for internal platforms, integrations, automation, DevOps, or related systems. - Ability to set technical direction while managing delivery, prioritization, and team execution. - Strong collaboration skills for working with service operations, identity teams, and other internal stakeholders. - Comfort operating across distributed teams and coordinating work across time zones.
