Associate Creative Director, Digital Design

Role overview Lead the visual and creative direction of marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and product communications for a global B2B SaaS organization. Responsibilities - Lead the development and execution of creative concepts spanning digital, print, and multimedia marketing materials. - Own a tokenized web design system in Figma, with components mapped one-to-one to the codebase so updates cascade consistently across the site. - Prototype and build directly using AI-assisted design and development tools, moving fluidly from concept toward near-shippable experiences. - Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to craft visual narratives that align with brand strategy, including an e-commerce and growth-oriented approach to the web store. - Manage and mentor a team of digital designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback to maintain high creative standards. - Oversee production from ideation through final delivery, ensuring projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations.

Requirements - Significant experience leading creative direction for digital design, with a portfolio of work for B2B or enterprise audiences. - Deep expertise in Figma and modern design systems, including tokenized component architecture. - Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted design and development tools and how they integrate into production workflows. - Experience managing designers and providing mentorship, performance feedback, and career development. - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working with product, marketing, and engineering stakeholders. - Working knowledge of web and digital production processes, including handoff to engineering.
