Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Medical Imaging

Role overview Lead development of medical imaging models and algorithms for an AI assisted orthopedic surgical planning platform. The work covers 3D CT analysis, from segmenting anatomy to measuring and aligning it, and includes taking these capabilities through validation across multiple clinical centers.

Responsibilities - Develop and maintain deep learning methods for 3D CT segmentation. - Build algorithms to measure anatomical structures and support alignment for surgical planning. - Take imaging engines from development through multicenter clinical validation.

Requirements - PhD level experience applying deep learning to medical imaging.

Nice to have - Experience with nnU-Net and PyTorch.
