About this role
Role overview Design the product interfaces used by finance teams to monitor agent spending and approve payments, and by developers to connect agents and explore the sandbox. The work spans the operational console, spending policy tools, payment approvals, and the experience that helps developers get started.
Responsibilities - Design a console that makes agent spending, policies, counterparties, and payment progress through onchain settlement understandable to users without blockchain expertise. - Create a policy editor where non-engineers can define and review spending rules, compare versions, and catch errors before publishing changes. - Design a clear approval queue for payments requiring human review, usable on both laptop and phone. - Establish and maintain a design system, including reusable components, typography, and color guidance for frontend engineers. - Shape sign-up and onboarding for a self-serve developer sandbox, and design future spending forecast features from early concepts onward.
Requirements - Experience designing a crypto, fintech, or developer-focused product. - Reside in a country where the organization can hire.
Nice to have - Experience with dense data dashboards, including tables and charts. - Experience creating or maintaining a design system in Figma. - Work on wallet or transaction-signing flows, code-based prototyping, or user research with finance teams.
Benefits and work setup - US salary range is $120,000–$165,000; elsewhere, offers are benchmarked against the local market and paid in USD or optionally USDC. Includes 0.12% vesting equity. - Health coverage is provided, with terms varying by location. Benefits also include 25 vacation days plus public holidays, a year-end closure, 14 weeks of paid parental leave, a laptop and workspace allowance, and an annual learning budget. - Flexible hours with a shared availability window from 14:00 to 17:00 UTC. The role may be combined with another job if there is no conflict.
