A senior Salesforce developer is needed to design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade solutions on the Salesforce platform. The role blends hands-on engineering with architectural decision-making and stakeholder communication, supporting projects across domains such as finance, healthcare, and renewable energy. Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, bulk-safe solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components. - Build and maintain trigger architecture alongside asynchronous processing patterns such as Queueable, Batch, and Schedulable jobs. - Evaluate where declarative Flow, custom code, or managed packages fit best, and articulate the trade-offs to stakeholders. - Model data and design sharing architecture capable of handling large data volumes efficiently. - Develop inbound, outbound, and event-driven integrations using modern Salesforce APIs. - Migrate legacy business logic from PHP, Java, or JavaScript into native Salesforce patterns, including data migration and cutover planning.
Requirements
- Strong Apex experience with a deep understanding of governor limits and bulk-safe design. - Solid hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components. - Clear understanding of the Salesforce order of execution and Flow best practices. - Experience with Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Custom Metadata Types, and Platform Cache. - Knowledge of the Salesforce sharing model plus large data volume techniques such as selective queries, indexing, and managing data skew. - Practical experience integrating systems via REST/SOAP, Bulk API 2.0, Pub/Sub API, Named Credentials, and OAuth 2.0 flows. - Awareness of secure coding practices on the platform.
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer I, or the Architect track. - Working knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. - Experience with managed packages like nCino, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, or Field Service. - Familiarity with MuleSoft or comparable enterprise service buses. - Exposure to Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and Data Cloud.
