Responsibilities
- Assist with deploying and operating cloud workloads on a major provider. - Support CI/CD processes and monitoring for production systems. - Use scripts to automate infrastructure or operational tasks. - Work with developers during releases and follow documented runbooks. - Contribute to reliability practices, including backups and incident response. - Consider infrastructure cost as part of cloud operations.
Requirements
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. - Understanding of containers, deployment environments, and secrets management basics. - Ability to script in Bash, Python, or TypeScript for automation. - Interest in reliability, backups, and responding to incidents. - Collaborative approach to working with developers during releases.
