Creatives Web Developer

Role overview A remote opening based in Brazil for a creative web developer who builds interactive HTML5 advertising banners and digital ad experiences. The work sits at the intersection of front-end engineering and visual craftsmanship, turning design mockups into polished, animated creatives for major global brands. It is a hands-on production role within an international creative development team supporting performance-driven advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities - Build and maintain HTML5 advertising banners using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript across multiple formats and sizes. - Translate design files into polished, interactive digital creatives that render reliably across browsers and devices. - Produce smooth animations and engaging visual effects using libraries such as GSAP. - Develop reusable, data-driven templates with template engines like EJS to streamline creative production. - Prepare, adjust, and extract graphic assets using Adobe Photoshop for development use. - Test, debug, and refine banners to ensure visual quality, performance, and cross-environment compatibility. - Collaborate with designers and an international team, contributing ideas and delivering work on time.

Requirements - Practical experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, supported by a portfolio of relevant work. - Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for asset handling. - Hands-on experience creating web animations with GSAP or comparable JavaScript libraries. - Familiarity with template engines such as EJS and an understanding of how to build reusable, dynamic templates. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to faithfully translate designs into finished output. - Good English communication skills and comfort collaborating across an international team. - A proactive, ownership-driven approach to problem solving and a willingness to keep learning.

Nice to have - Prior experience developing HTML5 banners or other digital advertising creatives. - Background in graphic, web, or motion design with a strong eye for composition, typography, and animation. - Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator. - Experience using AI coding agents to support development, including the ability to review, understand, and validate generated code.
