Role overview
Join the bidding platform team powering a real-time ad-buying engine that processes more than 20 million auction requests per second and delivers campaigns across 90+ markets. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will turn large-scale marketing and bidding data into clear insights that shape auction performance and advertiser outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare business analyses and translate findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders. - Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that track key bidding and campaign metrics. - Query and shape data using SQL and Google BigQuery to support both ad hoc and recurring analyses. - Use Python (pandas) in notebook environments for deeper exploration, modeling, and automation of recurring tasks. - Partner with engineering, product, and operations teams on data-driven initiatives that improve auction outcomes. - Develop and document data models that make large event and performance datasets reusable across the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics. - At least 5 years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence. - Solid grasp of statistical fundamentals and practical experience with exploratory data analysis. - Strong SQL skills with relational databases; hands-on experience with Google BigQuery is a strong plus. - Working knowledge of Python with pandas for data analysis, plus version control with Git/GitHub. - Proven data visualization skills and experience with at least one BI tool such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau. - Fluency in both Polish and English, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Nice to have
- Background in digital marketing analytics or programmatic advertising. - Familiarity with cloud data warehouses and modern analytics architectures. - Comfort operating in interdisciplinary teams that include DevOps, database experts, and software developers.
