Senior Software Engineer, Core Team

Role overview Build and ship product systems that apply AI to industrial operations, where data is spread across control systems, historians, documents, and business software. This hands-on role covers AI, data infrastructure, distributed systems, and enterprise software, with ownership of major technical decisions and room to grow into technical leadership.

Responsibilities - Develop AI agents that reason across large volumes of operational and industrial data. - Design dependable workflows that combine language model reasoning with deterministic computation and validation. - Build ingestion systems for historians, databases, APIs, files, and industrial sources. - Design systems for high-frequency time-series data and production products requiring reliable, auditable outputs. - Own substantial systems and architectural decisions, ship production code, and work with founders, engineers, and customers. - Mentor engineers, lead projects, raise engineering standards, and contribute to hiring while remaining primarily hands-on.

Requirements - At least five years of software engineering experience. - Ability to take ownership of difficult technical problems, make architectural decisions, and deliver production systems. - Strong hands-on engineering judgment across relevant areas such as AI, data infrastructure, distributed systems, or enterprise software. - Capacity to lead projects and support other engineers through technical mentorship.
