About this role
Role overview Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and delivery of digital loyalty and commerce products within a cross-functional pod for a B2C/B2B platform ecosystem. This Product Lead role is built for someone energized by zero-to-one building, comfortable in ambiguity, and capable of shipping intelligent, seamless digital experiences at pace. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and business stakeholders to launch and continuously optimize new products.
Responsibilities - Define product vision, strategic bets, and an outcome-based roadmap for loyalty and commerce experiences across web and app. - Establish OKRs and KPIs such as enrollments, engagement, retention, and lifetime value. - Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirements through UX, engineering, QA/UAT, launch, and iteration. - Serve as primary decision-maker for scope and priority within the pod, escalating only when trade-offs materially affect strategy or risk. - Facilitate agile ceremonies and partner with engineering on architecture, integrations, and reusable components. - Champion customer-centric discovery, map end-to-end journeys, and run experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize funnels. - Supervise and provide functional leadership to analysts and developers assigned to the pod, reinforcing product standards and delivery expectations.
Requirements - 7+ years of product management experience with proven B2C/B2B work in loyalty, commerce, engagement, or marketplaces. - Track record building products from zero-to-one, shipping at scale, and iterating based on results. - Strong technical literacy with experience partnering on APIs, integrations, data models, and platform choices. - Proficiency with analytics, experimentation, and funnel optimization. - Ability to make principled trade-offs and drive outcomes in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. - Proficiency in Agile/Scrum/Kanban and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Figma, and Segment.
Nice to have - Background in healthcare, aesthetics, or other regulated industries. - Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs, loyalty systems, Snowflake, Power BI or Tableau, AWS, Vercel, or commerce platforms.
