Backend / Fullstack Engineer (AI-first)

Role overview

Senior backend/fullstack engineering role in an operations environment where software directly supports the movement and resolution of cross-border transactions. Responsibilities

- Build tools that help operations teams investigate and resolve transactions that require attention. - Create workflows for support cases, document validation, and other back-office processes. - Replace repetitive manual procedures with reliable software and automation. - Develop backend services and fullstack interfaces that make operational work clearer and more efficient. - Use AI agents to accelerate implementation and automate suitable operational tasks. - Partner closely with operations to understand where processes fail and design systems that handle those cases effectively.

Requirements

- Senior experience developing backend and fullstack applications. - Ability to work from ambiguous operational problems through architecture, implementation, and iteration. - Practical experience using AI agents or AI-assisted tooling in software development. - Interest in fintech, payments, or crypto-related infrastructure. - Strong engineering judgment for systems that support high-volume, financially sensitive workflows.
