Senior Product Designer - Growth

Role overview Design the path from a developer’s first encounter with a cloud platform through onboarding, activation, upgrade, payment, and billing. This individual contributor role spans product areas, with a focus on making growth-critical experiences clear, trustworthy, and effective. The work is fast-moving and measured: designs should ship, be evaluated with user behavior and data, and improve over time.

Responsibilities - Treat onboarding, activation, pricing, upgrade, and billing as a connected customer journey. - Design and refine experiences across product teams, adapting to the needs of each surface. - Make pricing, payment, and billing interactions accurate and understandable, including edge cases. - Ship design work at a steady pace while maintaining a high bar for craft and usability. - Use experimentation and product data to assess outcomes and guide iterations. - Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and other partners, and contribute to regular design critique.

Requirements - Strong product design craft and experience delivering work across a broad set of product experiences. - Experience designing billing, payments, subscriptions, checkout, or pricing flows where clarity and correctness matter. - Demonstrated ability to improve activation, conversion, or retention, with measurable results. - Comfort working with experiments and data, and using tools directly to understand outcomes. - Design-engineering fluency, including comfort with code-adjacent work, motion, or prototyping; curiosity about AI-assisted design.

Nice to have - Writing, talks, or side projects that show design craft and a distinct point of view.
