Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Laravel / Vue.js)

Role overview A global workforce mobility technology company is hiring a remote Senior Full-Stack Engineer to extend a multi-service platform that powers relocation and on-the-ground support experiences for enterprise clients and their mobile users. The role blends deep Laravel and Vue.js work with AI-augmented development practices, partnering closely with Engineering, Product, and Design on customer-facing applications. It suits a product-minded engineer who wants to own complex problems end-to-end in a fast-moving, distributed team.

Responsibilities - Design, build, and enhance both frontend interfaces and backend services within an existing Laravel and Vue.js stack - Contribute across the full software lifecycle, including architecture decisions, specification reviews, automated testing, implementation, code review, debugging, and documentation - Apply modern AI-assisted development workflows for prototyping, problem-solving, and accelerating delivery while holding the line on engineering rigor - Take ownership of complex technical initiatives, working autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional partners - Approach work with a product and user-experience lens, weighing trade-offs between implementation choices and the resulting user and business outcomes - Write and maintain automated tests, including PHPUnit unit and end-to-end coverage, and triage production issues with a timely, accurate approach

Requirements - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience - At least 4 years of professional Laravel and PHP development experience - 3 or more years of full-stack work with Laravel 11.x or newer and Vue.js 3.x (or a comparable modern JavaScript framework such as Angular or React) - Strong grasp of software engineering fundamentals, including object-oriented design, application architecture, and database design and optimization - Hands-on experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs, with working knowledge of MySQL - Practical experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines in a collaborative engineering environment, plus advanced HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills - Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Nice to have - Applied machine learning or AI experience, or strong comfort using AI-enabled developer tools in daily workflows - Prior work in a startup or other fast-paced, highly collaborative setting - Prior remote work experience - Sharp eye for visual detail and pixel-accurate UI implementation
