About this role

Role overview Join a supply chain planning product team at the intersection of customer problems, technical solutions, and business strategy. As a Product Engineer, you will own outcomes end-to-end within a unified planning platform serving retailers and manufacturers, working from discovery through UAT and into production iteration.

Responsibilities - Own requirements end-to-end for your product area, from discovery through user acceptance testing and quality assurance, ensuring shipped work solves the underlying problem rather than the stated ask. - Manage releases of your deployed product, gathering structured customer feedback and feeding insights back into the next iteration. - Partner with your Engineering Manager to translate customer needs and usage data into team-level priorities that keep the roadmap tied to real outcomes. - Act as an industry and product expert in customer-facing settings, pushing back on stated requirements when evidence points elsewhere and supporting scoping and feasibility for sales. - Validate that delivered solutions meet customer expectations through ongoing quality gates and proactive expectation management.

Requirements - Deep understanding of customer workflows, goals, and pain points across an entire product area in supply chain, retail, or manufacturing contexts. - Confidence to challenge stated customer needs when evidence suggests a different approach, plus mentoring experience for other Product Engineers. - Experience designing solutions for complex problems spanning data, AI/ML, UX, and system integration. - Solid software engineering and DevOps skills, including building and deploying solutions within established frameworks. - Comfort using AI tools daily and contributing to an organizational AI strategy. - Fluent written and spoken English; experience working with international teams and strong communication skills.

Nice to have and benefits - International career path with learning opportunities in a financially robust and growing software organization. - Flexibility in how and where you work, plus ownership, autonomy, and flat hierarchies. - Practical benefits supporting work, family, and wellness, annual leave, and two paid volunteering days per year. - Leadership development paths, varied roles across product areas, and exposure to emerging areas including agentic engineering. - Candidates must be based in an existing office location and hold a valid local work permit.
