Role overview Join a growth-stage team building a hardware-and-software platform that captures frontline operational signals and turns them into routed, trackable action. As a Solutions Engineer, you will partner closely with enterprise sales to design, validate, and demonstrate solutions, acting as the primary technical voice from first conversation through deal close.
Responsibilities - Partner with sales and prospective customers to map operational pain points to technical requirements and design scalable solutions using the platform and its open APIs. - Lead tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-concept deployments for operations, IT, and executive stakeholders. - Own technical diligence across the sales cycle, including RFIs, RFPs, security questionnaires, and IT architecture reviews, resolving objections to secure cross-functional buy-in. - Contribute technical content to proposals and Statements of Work. - Document solution architectures, API usage, and configuration details, then lead structured handoff sessions to Customer Success and Implementation teams. - Synthesize recurring customer feedback into product roadmap input and produce reusable enablement assets for sales and security teams.
Requirements - Three or more years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant. - Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical topics for both business and technical audiences. - Hands-on experience delivering technical demos and proof-of-concept deployments. - Experience managing enterprise technical diligence, including RFPs, security questionnaires, and IT evaluations. - Proficiency with APIs, integrations, and rapid prototyping. - Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a similar technical field.
Nice to have - Background in frontline operations such as manufacturing, logistics, or hospitality, or experience with OT/IT systems and industrial IoT or automation.
