Software Engineer, Content Platform

Role overview A Software Engineer role on the Content Platform team, building the systems that enable content creation, distribution, and discovery across the product. The work supports creators, moderators, and consumers through reliable, scalable platform services. The role is fully remote within the United States.

Responsibilities - Build and maintain services that power content ingestion, storage, ranking, and delivery - Collaborate with product, ML, and trust-and-safety teams on platform capabilities - Contribute to architectural decisions for content-focused infrastructure - Improve performance, scalability, and reliability of platform components - Participate in code reviews, on-call rotations, and engineering best practices

Requirements - Professional software engineering experience on production systems - Proficiency in backend languages and modern service architectures - Familiarity with distributed systems and scalable service design - Strong problem-solving skills with attention to reliability - Effective collaboration across product and engineering teams

Nice to have - Experience with content moderation systems, feeds, or ranking infrastructure - Background working on consumer-scale platforms
