Senior DevSecOps Engineer (m/f/d)

Role overview A senior engineering opportunity within a Data & AI Platforms organization, focused on embedding security and operational excellence into platform development. The role supports technology operations in a pharmaceutical context, working across the intersection of development, security, and infrastructure. It is positioned as a senior expert individual contributor within the broader IT function.

Responsibilities - Build and maintain secure, automated infrastructure for data and AI workloads - Integrate security tooling and controls throughout the software delivery lifecycle - Develop and operate CI/CD pipelines, observability, and reliability practices - Partner with platform, security, and data teams to align standards and tooling - Participate in incident response, post-mortems, and continuous improvement cycles

Requirements - Several years of senior experience in DevSecOps, platform, or SRE roles - Strong skills in cloud infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, and automation - Working knowledge of application and platform security practices - Experience operating in regulated or compliance-driven environments - Ability to work autonomously as a senior expert contributor

Nice to have - Prior experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or similarly regulated sectors - Familiarity with data platform or MLOps engineering
