AI Transformation Analyst

Role overview

Responsibilities - Map workflows across areas such as finance, accounting, operations, resource management, marketing, legal, and internal communications, including handoffs, systems, data, vendors, costs, and pain points. - Develop future operating models that reconsider roles, responsibilities, governance, and work practices. - Identify and prioritize opportunities to automate, streamline, or augment manual work, and estimate their business value. - Recommend an appropriate response for each need, which may include an AI capability, workflow, coordinated agents, system enhancement, or process change. - Review existing tools and automations to find duplication, gaps, and opportunities to improve value. - Assess outsourced work, vendor fit, and costs, including whether work could be automated or brought in-house. - Partner with technical teams and function leaders to pilot solutions, plan change and training, and define measures of success. - Prepare clear materials for leaders, such as process maps, operating model designs, business cases, and roadmaps.
