About this role
Role overview Senior Product Manager role focused on a flagship PDF management application used by tens of millions of people across mobile and desktop platforms. The position owns a meaningful product area end-to-end, from opportunity discovery through launch, balancing user value, growth, monetization, and professional workflows. It suits a hands-on product leader who thrives on ambiguity, pairs sharp judgment with strong analytical skills, and can translate insight into shipped, measurable outcomes across iOS, Mac, and Web.
Responsibilities - Own a defined product area and articulate success in both user and business terms, including the metrics that demonstrate impact. - Identify and prioritize high-leverage opportunities by synthesizing user research, product analytics, market signals, and business objectives. - Lead discovery through qualitative and quantitative methods, running experiments and validation work to de-risk decisions before build. - Convert validated opportunities into clear product requirements, capturing scope, rationale, success metrics, and explicit tradeoffs. - Align engineering, design, analytics, and marketing partners around priorities, sequencing the roadmap and backlog across iOS, Mac, and Web. - Drive initiatives from concept through launch, then monitor post-launch results and recommend whether to scale, iterate, or sunset features.
Requirements - Demonstrated track record of owning product development end-to-end and shipping features with measurable user or business impact. - Strong analytical fluency, including comfort with funnels, experimentation, and interpreting product data to guide decisions. - Deep user empathy, with practical experience conducting or applying user research to shape product direction. - Strategic mindset, able to connect individual product bets to broader business goals and longer-term product strategy. - Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams that include design, engineering, and research. - High autonomy in ambiguous environments, paired with clear written and verbal communication. - Solid understanding of mobile user experience and the full product lifecycle. - Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate product workflows or boost team productivity.
Nice to have - Background spanning both mobile and web platforms. - Prior work in productivity, file management, or a closely related niche. - Experience shipping AI-powered features or products. - Comfort experimenting with AI prototyping and "vibe-coding" tools.
Benefits and work setup - Opportunity to lead major product initiatives in a category-leading application with proven market fit and a large, loyal user base. - Exposure to AI-powered productivity, professional document workflows, and growth at meaningful scale. - Cross-platform scope across iOS, Mac, and Web, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics counterparts. - A culture described as customer-centric, focused on mastery, transparent collaboration, and turning ideas into shipped innovations with real user impact.
