About this role
Role overview Shape the product direction of an end-to-end B2B SaaS gifting and swag platform used by technology and SaaS companies worldwide. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will lead initiatives from discovery through launch, working with a globally distributed team and operating with a high degree of autonomy. This is a remote role based in Portugal.
Responsibilities - Set product direction and priorities by synthesizing company goals, stakeholder needs, customer insight, market context, and technical considerations. - Lead initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition and discovery through delivery, rollout, and iteration, partnering closely with Engineering and Design. - Make product decisions and trade-offs that balance customer value, commercial impact, user experience, and technical feasibility. - Develop opportunities with external technology partners, shaping integrations and aligning roadmaps. - Orchestrate launches and drive adoption by coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Services, Logistics, Finance, and Legal teams. - Communicate decisions, progress, risks, and outcomes clearly across leadership and the broader business.
Requirements - Proven track record owning B2B SaaS products end-to-end, from problem identification through measurable customer and business outcomes. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity and use evidence to drive decisions. - Demonstrated independence and initiative in seeking context, while staying anchored to company goals. - Strong business and commercial awareness across the wider organization. - Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with Engineering on systems, integrations, and scope decisions. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across customers, engineers, and leadership.
