Full-Stack Developer (Next.js & Node.js)

Role overview

This position focuses on building the web properties that sit around automation work, including customer portals, admin panels, websites, and custom CRMs, end to end across interface, API and data. The team works in TypeScript across the full stack, delivers in weekly increments, and hands over code clients can own and extend.

Responsibilities

- Develop features end to end, covering interface, API, and database layers. - Translate rough briefs into a small first release that real users can interact with. - Write readable, maintainable code for other developers, including those on the client side. - Review code, improve performance, and keep accessibility and security in scope. - Demo work to clients every week and incorporate their feedback into the next iteration.

Requirements

- Track record of building and shipping production web applications with React and Node.js. - Comfort with TypeScript, a SQL or document database, and REST APIs. - Attention to detail in areas like loading states, error messages, and responsive layouts. - Ability to work independently with clear, written communication.

Nice to have

- Experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and MongoDB or PostgreSQL. - Familiarity with authentication, role-based access, and file uploads.
