Full Stack Developer

Role overview Join a product engineering team building custom web applications for external clients across the UK, EU, and North America. The work centers on delivering production-grade software in close partnership with product and design colleagues, with a focus on shipping real products rather than internal tooling.

Responsibilities - Develop and maintain web applications using Node.js on the backend and React on the frontend. - Collaborate directly with product managers and designers to translate requirements into shipped features. - Build features end-to-end, from interface components through server-side logic and integrations. - Contribute to code quality through reviews, testing, and shared engineering practices. - Communicate with stakeholders across multiple regions to align on scope and delivery.

Requirements - Hands-on experience building production web applications with Node.js and React. - Comfort working across the full stack, from UI implementation to API and server-side code. - Ability to partner effectively with product and design teammates in a collaborative environment. - Experience delivering work for external clients or in a client-facing engineering context. - Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with distributed teams across the UK, EU, and North America.

Nice to have - Familiarity with modern JavaScript and TypeScript ecosystems. - Exposure to cloud deployment, CI/CD pipelines, or containerized workloads. - Experience working across time zones with international client bases.
