Role overview
Provide bilingual customer support by handling a high volume of inbound calls in Spanish and English. The position focuses on resolving account and order questions, calming difficult situations, personalizing each interaction, and identifying relevant additional products. Work is performed from home on a fixed full-time schedule that includes a weekly weekend shift.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries in both Spanish and English while maintaining a helpful, professional tone. - Resolve issues involving refunds, payments, orders, account information, and related service requests. - Review account data and navigate multiple systems during live customer interactions. - De-escalate challenging conversations and tailor the experience to each caller. - Present relevant additional products during customer contacts. - Coordinate with an assigned customer service supervisor and seek technical assistance when necessary.
Requirements
- At least 12 months of customer service experience. - Strong spoken communication skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles. - Ability to learn and work effectively in a virtual environment. - Comfort handling high call volumes while using multiple applications and screens. - A quiet, distraction-free home workspace. - Personal computer running Microsoft Windows 11 and any additional equipment required by the employer’s technical specifications. - Ability to troubleshoot basic technical problems and work weekends, holidays, and occasional additional hours.
Benefits and work setup
