Systems Analyst — Enterprise Platforms

Role overview Conduct systems discovery and analysis in complex enterprise environments, giving architecture and delivery teams precise information they can use to design and build. You’ll work with business and technical stakeholders to map workflows, clarify requirements, and document system behavior throughout delivery.

Responsibilities - Lead discovery and requirements sessions with client and internal stakeholders. - Map existing systems, data flows, and business processes. - Translate needs into functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and system behavior documentation. - Identify system gaps, integration needs, and opportunities to improve processes. - Maintain links between business requirements and technical design decisions. - Help define user acceptance test scenarios and acceptance criteria from documented requirements.

Requirements - Strong experience in systems analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping in enterprise settings. - Ability to translate between business users and technical teams. - Skill in producing structured analysis documents and workflow diagrams. - Careful, precise approach to documenting requirements and system behavior. - Ability to collaborate with architects and delivery leads to confirm requirements are understood.
