Solutions Architect

Role overview Lead technical direction on complex enterprise projects, turning business needs and technical constraints into solution designs that teams can deliver. You’ll guide work from discovery and architecture through implementation, helping ensure decisions account for reliability and operational needs.

Responsibilities - Lead discovery with stakeholders to understand existing systems, objectives, and constraints. - Design architectures that address integration, scale, security, and operations. - Create solution briefs, component diagrams, data flow maps, and decision records. - Explain technology choices and tradeoffs to technical and executive audiences. - Work with engineering, cloud, data, and delivery teams to check that designs are practical. - Contribute to project scope, risk assessment, phased roadmaps, and implementation adjustments.

Requirements - Substantial experience in solutions or enterprise architecture, or a senior technical leadership role. - Broad knowledge of cloud infrastructure, application architecture, integration patterns, and data systems. - Ability to produce clear architecture documentation and translate ambiguous needs into implementable designs. - Strong communication skills for working across business and technical stakeholders.
