Senior Front-End Systems Engineer

Role overview Build and maintain production front-end systems for complex enterprise workflows, including data-heavy dashboards and reusable interface foundations. The role treats user interface engineering as a systems discipline, with responsibility for performance, accessibility, state management, and integration with backend data. Your work will help make operational information clear and dependable for users in high-trust environments.

Responsibilities - Develop complex interface components and dashboard experiences for enterprise applications. - Maintain component libraries and design-system foundations that support consistent, accessible experiences. - Improve rendering speed, bundle size, and time to interactive in production. - Connect interfaces to REST and GraphQL APIs as well as real-time data streams. - Set practical standards for keyboard access, ARIA usage, and screen-reader support. - Work with backend engineers and solution architects on data contracts and view models; contribute to error tracking, performance monitoring, and usage instrumentation.

Requirements - Strong production experience with React and TypeScript in complex, data-intensive interfaces. - Deep understanding of component architecture, state management, and front-end performance optimization. - Practical experience applying accessibility standards, including WCAG. - Ability to integrate UI systems with backend data layers and collaborate across engineering disciplines. - Experience building and operating production-quality interfaces, including monitoring and error handling.
