Principal Full-Stack Engineer

Role overview Lead the design and delivery of complex, enterprise-facing product experiences and platform services across the full stack. You will move between front-end architecture, backend systems, and API design, setting technical direction that helps multiple teams build dependable solutions. The work centers on enterprise workflows where reliability, security, and operational clarity matter.

Responsibilities - Define and maintain architecture for product surfaces and platform APIs. - Lead front-end development with TypeScript and React, alongside backend services built with Node.js, .NET, or comparable technologies. - Establish API contracts, data models, and integration patterns for workflows spanning multiple systems. - Guide tradeoffs involving maintainability, performance, reliability, and security. - Coordinate implementation with solution architecture, cloud engineering, and delivery colleagues. - Review code, mentor senior engineers, and drive production readiness through testing, observability, deployment quality, and operational handoff.

Requirements - Demonstrated success designing and shipping production-grade full-stack systems in enterprise settings. - Deep TypeScript and React capability and strong backend service design experience with Node.js, .NET, Python, or equivalent. - Strong grasp of API design, data modeling, event-driven systems, and distributed systems. - Ability to lead technical decisions, review work, and mentor experienced engineers. - Sound judgment across security, performance, reliability, and maintainability concerns.
