Role overview A senior platform engineering role focused on improving the day-to-day experience of a large engineering organization. The position involves building tools, automation, and processes that help hundreds of engineers ship software faster, more securely, and with stronger adherence to best practices. Responsibilities - Design and build internal tools, libraries, CLIs, and automation that streamline workflows for engineering teams. - Develop and operate cloud infrastructure on AWS, with a strong focus on Kubernetes and container orchestration. - Maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines, networking patterns, and software architecture standards. - Create developer-experience tooling, testing solutions, and knowledge-sharing resources such as courses or learning platforms. - Contribute to incident management processes and track engineering productivity metrics. - Explore the application of AI concepts inside platform engineering work, including Kubernetes Operators where relevant.

Requirements - Strong fundamentals in software architecture, AWS, Kubernetes APIs, CI/CD, networking, and developer experience. - Hands-on experience developing production software such as web applications, libraries, or CLIs. - Operational experience running cloud infrastructure at scale. - Professional working proficiency in English.

Nice to have - Prior experience on a Platform team. - Proficiency in Golang. - Experience designing cloud infrastructure, building Kubernetes Operators, or working in incident management. - Familiarity with AI implementation in platform contexts, engineering productivity metrics, or knowledge-sharing programs.
