About this role
Role overview This is an in-house video production role focused on performance creative for paid social channels. The producer owns the full lifecycle of studio shoots, translating growth-marketing briefs into test-ready, modular video assets at high volume for a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand.
Responsibilities - Lead 3–5 studio shoot days per week from planning through asset handoff, including logistics, timelines, and on-set operations - Run visual execution on set, art directing and shooting for framing, pacing, tone, coverage, and creative quality - Capture modular content designed for performance testing, including hooks, calls to action, alternate messaging, and b-roll - Coordinate with styling and merchandising teams to align shoots with priority products - Partner with growth marketing to prioritize testing opportunities and brief content needs - Manage talent coordination and collaborate with editors during post-production to protect creative intent
Requirements - 5–8+ years of video production experience, ideally within DTC, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands - End-to-end shoot production capability with strong studio lighting and camera skills - Demonstrated experience creating social-first, performance-driven content optimized for hooks, pacing, and storytelling - Comfort working as a hybrid producer-operator who can shoot, light, direct talent, and solve problems on set - Background producing high-volume photo and video assets in fast-paced studio environments - Talent booking and management experience

Benefits and work setup - Base pay range of $125,000–$150,000 USD, with potential bonus and equity for eligible roles - Onsite position based in the San Francisco office, five days a week
