Senior Product Designer (UI / UX / Systems)

Role overview Shape the usability and visual direction of digital products across web and mobile, while establishing reusable design systems that support consistent experiences. The role covers research, interaction design, prototyping, and close partnership with engineers to carry designs through implementation.

Responsibilities - Create Figma design systems with reusable tokens and responsive, auto-layout components. - Conduct user research, map journeys, and run interactive usability sessions with stakeholders. - Produce detailed interactive prototypes, including motion and micro-interactions, using Figma or ProtoPie. - Partner with engineers to align implementation closely with approved designs.

Requirements - At least four years of digital product design experience and a portfolio showing shipped SaaS or mobile products. - Advanced Figma skills and knowledge of design token architecture and typography systems. - Careful attention to visual hierarchy, spacing, accessibility, and interaction details. - Strong communication skills to explain design decisions to technical and executive audiences.
