Lead Mobile Engineer (Kotlin / Swift)

Role overview Guide architecture and development for native iOS and Android applications, partnering with design and backend teams to deliver smooth, high-performance experiences. The role also leads mobile engineering practices, release processes, and the development of other engineers.

Responsibilities - Design offline-first mobile application architectures using Jetpack Compose and SwiftUI. - Lead code reviews, CI/CD automation, and releases to the App Store and Google Play. - Improve memory use, battery consumption, and WebSocket communication performance. - Mentor junior and intermediate engineers on reactive mobile design patterns. - Coordinate with design and backend partners to deliver polished application experiences.

Requirements - At least five years of production experience building native Android or iOS applications with Kotlin or Swift. - Deep expertise in Jetpack Compose, Coroutines and Flow, or SwiftUI with Combine or async/await. - Track record of shipping widely used apps, including applications with at least 100,000 downloads. - Strong understanding of clean architecture and dependency injection, such as Hilt or Koin. - Experience with mobile data persistence such as SQLite, Room, or Core Data.
