About this role
Role overview Own product engineering and infrastructure for a platform that supports live events, including ticketing, payments, point of sale, attendee operations, and reporting. You will use AI agents as a primary part of the software delivery process, directing them to build, test, debug, document, and operate systems while retaining end-to-end responsibility for the results.
Responsibilities - Deliver organizer-facing features across data models, APIs, user interfaces, tests, and release documentation. - Design and ship ticketing and payment workflows used by attendees and event operators. - Investigate production issues across payment gateways, application logs, and provider tools; implement fixes and data reconciliation as needed. - Move changes through a release pipeline from code review and automated builds to testing, staging, and production. - Build agents and CI workflows for tasks such as code review, QA, release notes, and incident reporting. - Resolve operational incidents, restore or backfill affected data, and automate checks to catch similar failures.
Requirements - Strong software engineering and DevOps ability across product and production systems. - Demonstrated use of AI agents to build, test, debug, or operate software as a core work method. - Ability to own infrastructure, automation, or DevOps work end to end. - Comfort working directly with founders and taking responsibility for live systems. - Ability to share examples of prior work and explain concrete AI workflows you have built or used.
