Product Engineer

Role overview Build product features for a clinical and operational platform used in skilled nursing facilities. Working with clinicians, customers, and developers, you will turn real-world needs into scoped software and carry work from discovery through implementation, launch, and iteration.

Responsibilities - Learn from customers and clinical users, identify opportunities, and shape ambiguous problems into testable features. - Contribute to discovery, solution design, implementation, testing, and post-launch improvements. - Work across frontend components, APIs, backend services, and data models to deliver complete solutions. - Build software with attention to accessibility, user experience, reliability, observability, and performance. - Help connect documentation workflows with assessments, care plans, task lists, and MDS processes.

Requirements - Experience shipping production software with cross-functional teams. - Ability to model complex domains and scope features appropriately. - Clear communication, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Effective use of AI tools to improve work speed and quality.
