Frontend Engineer

Role overview Create dependable interfaces for clinical workflows used across care facilities, including on shared devices and networks that may be unreliable. The work combines product interface development with frontend architecture, accessibility, offline behavior, and performance.

Responsibilities - Turn clinical workflows into usable, accessible, and responsive interfaces. - Build offline capture and submission flows that preserve entries and prevent duplicate submissions during network interruptions. - Develop shared UI components and frameworks so engineers can focus on workflow features. - Improve application speed, usability, and reliability. - Translate product needs into practical implementations and communicate technical tradeoffs to nontechnical stakeholders.

Requirements - Production experience with React and TypeScript, including ownership of frontend architecture decisions. - Experience building offline-first or real-time interfaces and understanding their failure cases. - Knowledge of component design, state management, and web application performance optimization. - Ability to scope work into deliverable technical changes on a short timeline and explain implementation choices clearly.
