Data Engineer

Role overview Build data pipelines and reporting foundations that turn varied clinical records into dependable information for operational and regulatory use. The role spans data engineering and analysis, with a focus on quality, integration, and trustworthy facility migrations.

Responsibilities - Design and maintain scalable pipelines for ingesting, processing, and storing clinical data. - Develop data models and schemas that support efficient querying and reporting. - Integrate information from electronic health records, laboratory systems, and other healthcare applications while maintaining consistency. - Create mapping, reconciliation, and cutover tools to support facility transitions from existing record systems. - Measure the quality of extracted data and investigate missing or duplicated records.

Requirements - Experience building data infrastructure and using it to analyze and interpret data. - Strong TypeScript skills, or Python experience with willingness to work in TypeScript. - Strong SQL skills. - Experience shipping machine learning or large language model based data extraction, including systems to evaluate and improve accuracy. - Careful approach to data integrity, treating lost or repeated records as serious operational issues.
