Sr Dynamics 365 App Developer (remote)

Role overview

Senior application developer responsible for designing, building, enhancing, and supporting Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions used across multiple business functions. The role combines hands-on software engineering with business analysis, solution design, delivery coordination, and ongoing application support in an agile environment. Work is remote and requires the independence to manage several deliverables while maintaining quality and meeting acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

- Develop and extend Dynamics 365 applications and enterprise web components using C#, .NET, SQL, JavaScript, CRM plugins, and Azure services. - Design and implement Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power FX, Power Virtual Agents, and related integration services. - Build new applications, workflows, automations, and reusable components while supporting and improving existing solutions. - Translate business problems into maintainable technical designs, documenting quality standards, requirements, and acceptance criteria. - Coordinate multiple work items through delivery, ensuring timelines, testing expectations, and implementation standards are met. - Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and contribute to development governance and best practices.

Requirements

- Demonstrated experience developing and supporting Dynamics 365 or comparable CRM and enterprise application solutions. - Strong practical knowledge of C#, .NET, SQL, JavaScript, CRM plugins, Azure Functions, and Power Platform technologies. - Ability to design technically sound solutions from ambiguous business requirements and explain decisions to varied audiences. - Experience working independently in an agile delivery environment while managing concurrent priorities. - Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

- Experience with Azure Logic Apps, API Management, PCF controls, serverless microservices, low-code platforms, or related automation technologies. - Knowledge of insurance operations or information technology environments; industry certifications in insurance are also useful.
