About this role
Description: Our client is undergoing a CRM D365 implementation and requires a Test Manager to work alongside their partner and in-house team.
Minimum Years’ Experience: 5 Years
Key Skills Required: Strong experience with Dynamics CRM/CE. Creation of test cases based on business process flows. Test planning, execution and result compilation. Preparation and execution of regression test plans. Organising and managing Test Analysts.
Areas of Responsibility: Developing internal test management capabilities. Resourcing of internal test colleagues for Dynamics 365 projects as needed. Improve the quality of Dynamics 365 projects. To act as a conduit for top-down/bottom-up communication. Direction and guidance for test process improvements and establishment of policies.
