Senior Product Owner

Role overview The position is a senior product ownership role inside a healthcare-focused Product Management function, supporting provider and hospital-facing initiatives. The work is remote-based within the United States and centers on shaping product direction in a regulated, clinically oriented domain. It calls for an experienced product leader comfortable operating autonomously across discovery, delivery, and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities - Own and evolve the product roadmap for healthcare provider-facing capabilities - Translate clinical, operational, and customer needs into clear, prioritized requirements and acceptance criteria - Partner with engineering, design, clinical, and operations teams through iterative delivery cycles - Manage and groom the product backlog to reflect impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment - Engage internal and external stakeholders to validate assumptions and surface new opportunities - Use product metrics and qualitative feedback to inform ongoing direction

Requirements - Multiple years of progressive product ownership or product management experience at a senior level - Direct experience with products serving healthcare providers, hospitals, or health systems - Strong backlog management, roadmap planning, and written product requirements skills - Demonstrated ability to partner with engineering, design, and clinical or business stakeholders - Comfort working remotely within a U.S.-based team
