Staff Product Manager, Growth & E-commerce Experimentation

Role overview

Lead growth product work across a digital healthcare commerce journey, from discovering and selecting an offering through booking, checkout, and the experience immediately after purchase. The role combines customer research, behavioral analysis, and structured experimentation to improve conversion while protecting clinical accuracy, privacy, and customer trust.

Responsibilities

- Set and prioritize an experimentation roadmap tied to outcomes such as product selection, completed bookings, order value, and repeat purchases. - Use funnel data, customer research, and feedback to find friction and identify growth opportunities. - Define each test’s hypothesis, audience, success measures, guardrails, and decision criteria before launch. - Work with Design and Engineering to build and run A/B tests and other experiments across the commerce journey. - Improve behavioral measurement across discovery, selection, scheduling, checkout, and post-purchase flows; interpret results with Analytics and turn findings into product decisions. - Coordinate with Marketing and commerce partners on offers, messaging, pricing, packaging, and channel-to-site tests, and document learnings so they inform future work.

Requirements

- At least eight years of product management experience, including meaningful work in consumer growth, e-commerce, conversion optimization, or experimentation. - A record of improving digital funnels through structured tests and measurable product changes. - Practical experience designing and assessing A/B tests, including metrics, guardrails, audience segmentation, and interpretation. - Strong analytical skills, including comfort with funnel and behavioral data, experiment results, and dashboards. - Ability to partner across product, design, engineering, analytics, marketing, clinical, legal, privacy, and operations teams. - Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer visa sponsorship.

The role offers a stated base salary range of $161,500–$190,000, depending on experience and location.
