About this role
Role overview Build and improve customer-facing financial services software by delivering full-stack features in a consulting environment. The work includes shaping technical approaches with clients, completing sprint commitments, and helping the team use modern development practices and AI tools effectively. The position is remote and open to candidates based in Mexico, El Salvador, or Colombia.
Responsibilities - Develop and deliver assigned stories and features within sprint schedules, including work requiring new technical designs. - Build responsive user interfaces with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript. - Develop .NET applications and secure REST APIs using C# and SQL Server. - Connect frontend and backend components to support reliable data flow and user experiences. - Collaborate with client stakeholders during sprint planning and document technical approaches. - Mentor junior developers through collaboration and code reviews, including guidance on responsible and effective AI tool use.
Requirements - Typically 5–8 or more years of relevant professional experience, with demonstrated adherence to engineering best practices and DevOps practices. - Experience with at least two areas: user interface development, data-driven REST APIs, or database, cloud, and server administration. - Experience building interactive interfaces with React or related JavaScript and TypeScript technologies. - Experience developing .NET applications, including C# services and APIs. - Ability to integrate full-stack components and work with databases such as SQL Server. - Client collaboration skills and ability to connect development work to business outcomes; relevant education or equivalent experience.
