Role overview
Serve as the operating partner to a senior technology leader, coordinating the organization’s IT, security, and product initiatives. You will maintain a clear view of priorities and commitments, run leadership routines, and handle operational follow-through so the technology leader can focus more time on strategy. The work spans teams in multiple time zones.
Responsibilities - Maintain a central portfolio of technology initiatives, with owners, dates, status, risks, and decisions kept current. - Organize leadership meetings, prepare agendas and notes, track actions, and coordinate weekly and monthly executive reporting. - Manage vendor coordination, procurement follow-ups, contract renewal dates, hiring logistics, budget and salary-cap tracking, and cross-team requests. - Follow up on commitments, identify blockers early, and escalate issues with a recommended next step. - Use AI tools to improve business processes and support relevant departmental workflows. - Keep stakeholders informed and ensure each commitment has clear ownership and a due date.
Requirements - At least three years in project or program management, chief-of-staff work, or technology operations supporting a senior technology leader. - Experience managing several workstreams through a work-management tool. - Strong written English, including the ability to turn incomplete updates into clear status reports and decision memos. - Comfort with budgets, vendor agreements, renewals, and procurement processes. - Enough technical understanding to track IT, security, and software initiatives and ask useful questions. - Persistent, respectful follow-up and confidence holding senior stakeholders to agreed commitments. - Advanced spoken and written English (C1 or higher), availability during U.S. business hours, and short-notice availability outside those hours.
