Full-Stack Software Engineer

Role overview Build the user-facing surfaces and backend services behind an agentic AI workflow platform, translating complex model capabilities into intuitive dashboards and reliable production systems. The work bridges frontend, backend, and applied AI engineering across the full stack.

Responsibilities - Develop and maintain web dashboards and control panels that manage complex AI agent workflows. - Build backend services handling API integrations, agent orchestration, and system scalability. - Collaborate with AI teams to turn RL planners and models into efficient, production-ready services. - Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable engineering solutions. - Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, documentation, and modern DevOps practices. - Provide ongoing support and iteration for deployed solutions.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical field. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript and modern frameworks such as React and Next.js. - Solid backend experience with Python or Go and designing RESTful APIs or microservices. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for building scalable, high-impact systems. - Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts and understanding business needs. - Ability to quickly navigate and understand complex engineering ecosystems.

Nice to have - Experience with orchestration tools, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Background building tools for AI or ML workflows or developer platforms. - Familiarity with real-time systems and event-driven architectures.
